Facilitator Bio:

Per Kristiansen is a Master Facilitator and Trainer in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® method. He co-founded the Association of Master Trainers in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and co-authored Building a Better Business with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method (Wiley, 2014). Per is a partner in Trivium, a consultancy based in Copenhagen, where he works as a coach, facilitator, and change architect. As one of the most experienced LSP facilitators globally, he has trained organizations worldwide and led the development of the LSP curriculum during his tenure as Head of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. His extensive background includes leadership roles in innovation and strategy, making him a leading figure in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® community.
